Therapeutic boxing is not about fitness or martial arts. It is a very effective method for experiencing feelings close to the body. It is particularly suitable for states of high tension, stress, dealing with anger, for processing experiences of violence or for solving inner blockages.

In its effect, therapeutic boxing has a self-esteem-enhancing effect, it reduces tension and releases pent-up emotions. Central to this offer are self-experience and body awareness. The client can also experience his own effectiveness by practicing differentiation and self-assertion.

It is suitable for teenagers and adults. No strength or fitness is required. Experience has shown that two to six appointments are sufficient to work on individual topics.
