My training began with a four-year degree in art therapy. During my work in a facility that supports traumatized parents and children, I have put my focus on processing trauma and coping with trauma-related disorders. I have completed several scientific, certified training courses in depth psychology and psychodynamic therapy methods.
In addition to my work in the practice, I work therapeutically with patients in the clinical psychosomatic and psychiatric area. The exchange in the multi-professional team enriches my work a lot. Doctors, creative therapists, psychologists, psychotherapists, nurses and social workers work in a multi-professional team. Everyone brings impulses from their respective focus and provides an insight into new subject areas.
I got to know and appreciate therapeutic boxing and archery as body-oriented therapy methods. I first trained and learned Wing Tsun for a few years, then Haidong Gumdo (Korean sword fighting). The combination of concentration, goal orientation and dynamic movement is a tremendous source of strength for me. In my experience, deep, inner processes can be initiated with just a few therapy units and topics can be dealt with in a focused manner.
